Hill Top Craftsmen is seeking a working Foreman in Spokane to lead from the front, with proven framing experience. You will manage field crews on commercial and residential builds, set daily production goals, and ensure work is completed cleanly and to a high standard.

This is an active, hands-on role requiring reliability, good communication with crews and clients, and the ability to read plans and translate them into solid field execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on construction experience (strong framing background preferred).
  • 1-3+ years leading crews or acting as a lead/foreman.
  • Ability to read plans and translate them into efficient field execution.
  • Strong work ethic—reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using construction software and basic tech tools (Buildertrend, Blue Beam, Procore, or similar is a plus).
  • Professional communicator with both crew and clients when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate crews on commercial builds (framing, additions, remodels).
  • Execute daily work plans and maintain production pace.
  • Read plans, layout work, and ensure accuracy in the field.
  • Maintain job site organization, safety, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.

The Role

Hill Top Craftsmen LLC Spokane, WA | Full-Time

Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for a working Foreman who can lead from the front - someone who understands framing, can manage a crew, and takes pride in delivering clean, well-run projects.

This is not a clipboard-only role. Whether your experience comes from commercial or residential framing, we're looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with a growing company. You'll be in the field daily-setting the tone, driving production, and ensuring the work meets a high standard.

What You'll Do
