Based in Spokane, WA, the role requires 5+ years hands-on construction and 1–3 years leading crews. Excellent communicator with proficiency in Buildertrend/Procore is a plus. Compensation is hourly with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on construction experience (strong framing background preferred).
  • 1-3+ years leading crews or acting as a lead/foreman.
  • Ability to read plans and translate them into efficient field execution.
  • Strong work ethic—reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using construction software and basic tech tools (Buildertrend, Blue Beam, Procore, or similar is a plus).
  • Professional communicator with both crew and clients when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate crews on commercial builds (framing, additions, remodels).

The Role

Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for a working Foreman who can lead from the front-someone who understands framing, can manage a crew, and takes pride in delivering clean, well-run projects. Whether your experience comes from commercial or residential framing, we’re looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and interested in building a long-term career with a growing company. You’ll be in the field daily—setting the tone, driving production, and ensuring the work meets a high standard.

What You'`ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate crews on commercial builds (framing, additions, remodels)
