Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential construction experience with a strong carpentry and framing background.
• Experience leading crews as a Lead Carpenter, Crew Lead, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read blueprints and translate plans into efficient field execution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in producing exceptional work while leading a crew in the field. If you're an accomplished carpenter with strong framing experience, whether it's commercial or residential, and enjoy mentoring others while staying hands-on, we'd love to meet you. This isn't a management role where you spend the day behind a desk. You'll work alongside your crew, oversee daily construction activities, and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do
