Hill Top Craftsmen in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Lead Framer to join a growing commercial framing team. You will lead a small crew, read blueprints, perform layout, coordinate with the Foreman, and uphold quality and safety on each project.

Qualifications

• Several years of framing experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout.
• Experience leading crews or coordinating field work.
• Reliable with a consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew or assigned portion of commercial framing projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Perform layout work and ensure framing is completed accurately
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain high standards for quality and safety
• Mentor and support less experienced team members
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production
