Job summary

You'll work on high-complexity FPGA designs, ensure requirements are verified, and contribute to the development lifecycle from concept to integration, while pursuing security clearance and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• System level knowledge of Electronic Warfare tech with FPGA firmware architecture.
• Experience with VPX SOSA standards and high-complexity FPGA design techniques.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPGA firmware development for EW systems and drive a small team of engineers.
• Architect high-complexity FPGA solutions and map simulations to system requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure verified requirements prior to delivery.
• Oversee lab verification, testing, and integration on circuit card assemblies.
• Provide technical evaluation and mentoring within the department.
