L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Warfare Systems Engineer in Clifton, NJ. You will design, develop, integrate, and test advanced EW/ESM/ELINT systems for government programs, focusing on RF systems and related algorithms.

The role requires hands-on experience with RF equipment, requirements flow-down, and collaboration across engineering teams. A Secret clearance is required, with travel up to 10% depending on program assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Active security clearance, minimum Secret Level

Responsibilities

• Work independently or with supervision.
• Contribute to requirements generation and flow-down to sub-systems.
• Lead integration and test of electronic systems and subsystems.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify root causes.
• Present work to multi-disciplinary teams and customers.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
