The role requires 8+ years in FPGA/Firmware, strong project leadership, and the ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Formación

• 8+ years FPGA/ASIC embedded system experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership and management skills in embedded system and FPGA/ASIC design.
• Working knowledge of FPGA/ASIC development and verification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of FPGA engineers, set goals, timecard responsibilities, development plans, and training.
• Drive teams work to delivery completion and track metrics.
• Maintain and improve FPGA development processes.
• Create FPGA development cost estimates and schedules.
• Manage budget and schedule of assigned development projects.
• Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance.
