Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FPGA engineers, set goals, timecard responsibilities, development plans, and training.
• Drive teams work to delivery completion and track metrics.
• Maintain and improve FPGA development processes.
• Create FPGA development cost estimates and schedules.
• Manage budget and schedule of assigned development projects.
• Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance.
