Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation repair projects in Texas. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and crew performance from start to finish while coordinating daily operations and mentoring team members.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on installation, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget. A strong background in crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assesses conditions on-site and plans work with duties assigned to crew.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team.
• Troubleshoots situations to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service onsite.
• Ensures final documentation is completed and shared with the proper parties.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
