Olshan Foundation Solutions in Jackson, MS is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team. You will lead a construction crew of 4-6 employees and oversee safety and progress on foundation repair projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• Customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend and stoop.
• Must be comfortable working outside on uneven ground.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress.
• Safely operate company equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
