Job summary

Brown Foundation Repair is looking for a hands-on supervisor to manage 4–6 crew members on foundation repair projects in Dallas. You will lead safety, scheduling, and on-site quality control, ensuring projects stay on track and meet company standards.

The role requires outdoor work, physical effort, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Previous general labor experience in construction or working outdoors.
• Must be able to bend and stoop and lift 50lbs.
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
• We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress.
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
