Elevance Health seeks an Engineer Lead (FDE)– Production & Enablement to own end-to-end system development on medium enterprise platforms. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration 1-2 days/week with flexible remote work, within commuting distance of an Elevance location.

You will lead requirements gathering, design reviews, and enablement content, mentor teams, and coordinate with Web and marketing to enhance web product presence while driving stability and performance improvements.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with multi-platform, multi-dimensional environments and expert level in business and technical applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of system development and maintenance on enterprise platforms.
• Facilitate requirements gathering meetings and design reviews with business partners.
• Collaborate with Web and marketing teams to enhance web product presence.
• Drive improvements in stability, performance, and scalability of key systems.
• Own change request processes and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Develop and maintain technical and/or functional specifications and runbooks.
