Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead (FDE) to deliver end-to-end system development and maintenance on enterprise-wide platforms. The role requires guiding requirements, reviewing designs with business sponsors, and leading cross-team efforts to improve stability, performance, and scalability.

You will own the change request process, develop enhancement lists, and define technical scope while mentoring others and driving regression testing within CI pipelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience across multi-platform, multi-dimensional environments and strong knowledge of business and technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Coordinate with Web and marketing teams to increase the presence of web products.
• Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
• Develop and own list of final enhancements and define application scope and objectives.
• Perform technical design reviews and ensure testing and deployment per plan.
