Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead Sr. I to head end-to-end development and operations for large enterprise platforms. The role focuses on aligning technical strategy with business needs, maintaining critical relationships and guiding architecture decisions.

You will collaborate with Web and marketing teams, oversee change management, and ensure delivery excellence while operating in a hybrid work environment with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 9 years experience.
• Experience with multi dimensional platforms, and business and technical applications.
• Strong mentoring and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end application system development and maintenance on enterprise platforms.
• Maintains relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
• Leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Drives architecture direction and ensures scalability and reliability.
• Oversees change requests and coordination across teams.
• Reviews code and unit tests; ensures delivery per plan.
• Partners with stakeholders to define long-term technical trajectory.
