Elevance Health is seeking a Principal Engineer - FDE to lead end-to-end application technology delivery across enterprise platforms in a hybrid, in-office 3 days per week model, with flexible remote work where appropriate.

You will shape architecture with stakeholders, mentor teams, and own multi‑product implementations across AI, APIs, data, cloud and legacy systems, ensuring security, reliability, and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements include a BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 11+ years of experience with multi-dimensional platforms and business/technical applications.
• Experience mentoring teams, leading large technical projects, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into production-ready solutions across architecture, prototyping, integration, testing and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and drive the overall applications architecture vision across a multi-product environment.
• Define business requirements and oversee technical specifications and design reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security and reliability standards.
• Lead architecture strategy and champion architectural standards and reference models.
• Guide federated engineering partners and ensure production readiness from day one.
