Job summary

The role drives requirements, designs, and delivery of critical enterprise web platforms, leading cross-functional teams and JAD sessions to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will mentor engineers, perform design and code reviews, ensure testing and deployment readiness, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and design reviews.
• Experience with multi-platform, multi-dimensional applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering meetings and review designs with the business.
• Lead efforts with Web and marketing teams to increase web product presence.
• Own change request process and coordinate with other teams.
• Develop and own list of final enhancements.
