Job summary

Profound, a leading AI marketing platform, is hiring a Manager, Forward Deployed Marketing Engineering. You will hire, lead, and coach a team of marketers who actively engage with customers and partners to deliver Profound solutions onsite.

You’ll stay hands-on with key accounts, set clear delivery standards, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address barriers while enabling repeatable playbooks and templates across engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing or closely with marketing teams, in-house, agency or consulting.
• Ability to judge quality and business value of marketing outputs.
• Experience with AI, automation or marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop the team, onboarding and coaching strong marketers.
• Stay hands-on with key accounts, building relationships with senior marketing leaders.
• Manage performance: set goals, review usage, close delivery gaps.
• Set delivery standards: define how teams identify needs, apply Profound, train users.
• Coach marketing judgment and customer leadership, produce clear recommendations.
• Build partner capability with agencies and consultancies, clarify responsibilities.
• Coordinate delivery with Engagement and Account Managers on priorities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address product barriers.
• Create repeatable templates, training, and playbooks for customers and partners.
