Profound is seeking a Forward Deployed Marketing Engineer to embed with customer teams onsite in NYC, SF or London. You will understand their marketing work, identify where Profound can help, and design workflows that become part of daily delivery.

You’ll combine marketing judgement with product knowledge to help teams produce better work and use Profound confidently. Expect strong collaboration with agencies and consultants.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in marketing or closely with marketing teams
• Experience applying AI or marketing automation is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Be forward deployed with client marketing teams onsite.
• Recommend where Profound can help based on priorities and workflows.
• Apply marketing judgment to outputs for brand voice and audience fit.
• Build, design, and troubleshoot agents and workflows in Profound.
• Drive adoption and help teams use Profound on live projects.
• Collaborate with account managers and agent engineers on delivery and extensions.
• Create templates and playbooks from successful applications.
