Job summary

Profound is hiring a Forward Deployed Marketing Engineer to embed with customer teams, often onsite, to understand marketing workflows and identify opportunities where Profound can automate and optimize. You will design and build marketing workflows and agent-based solutions that handle reporting, content drafting, and audits.

You’ll work with customer teams, agencies, and internal partners to drive adoption, ensure output quality, and expand the use of Profound across accounts.

• Marketing experience across roles or teams, with demonstrated impact.
• Ability to learn tools quickly and apply tech to real work.
• Initiative, ownership, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer marketing teams onsite to understand their work and identify where Profound can help.
• Design, build, and refine marketing-driven workflows and agent capabilities in Profound.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Account Managers, and Engineers to deliver solutions.
