Job summary

Autodesk seeks an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction to guide North American General Contractors and Trade Contractors through adoption and workflow transformation. You will evaluate client workflows, define new processes, and lead trainings to ensure lasting value across plan, design, build, and operate stages.

You will partner with Autodesk teams to align product capabilities with customer priorities, while traveling up to 50% for in-person engagements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with direct GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle: plan, design, build, operate.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows and recommend best practices across planning to operations.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across lifecycle stages.
• Configure client-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and transitions.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmap directions.
