Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3,120 hours of line clearance field experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and assign daily crew work after orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforce safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Coordinate access with property owners and customers.
• Maintain records, timesheets and crew reports.
• Control crew costs and use of equipment and methods.
• Prepare reports on incidents, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Protect public safety with barriers and signaling.
