Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking an Extractions Supervisor in Flagstaff, AZ to oversee the Extractions area within Laboratory Operations. You will lead sample preparation for analyses, enforce SOPs, and drive process optimization in a forensic setting.

The role reports to the Laboratory Manager and requires coordinating staff, training, and maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring PHI safeguards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field is required.
• Internal applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or training experience.
• Previous supervisory or training experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Extractions area within Laboratory Operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to solve problems and improve productivity.
• Allocate schedules and resources to meet production goals and maintain high quality.
