Job summary

CWR Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead pipe crews on local road construction projects in Florida. You will supervise piping operations, coordinate equipment and personnel, and ensure work meets plans, safety standards and schedules.

Required are 2–5 years of piping supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean MVR. Drug screening and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of pipe foreman or field supervision experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid Florida driver's license and meet MVR requirements.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipe personnel, crews and equipment for paving, grading and site development.
• Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and policies.
• Assemble, connect and install storm and sanitary sewers, drains and water mains.
• Set up and operate a laser to grade and fall for pipe installation.
• Maintain proper pipe grade, depth and alignment with no leaks.
• Other duties as assigned.
