Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Mechanical Insulation Foreman.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to stand and work outside for long periods.
• Physically able to perform tasks and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical insulation crews on job sites.
• Ensure crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality.
• Read and interpret contract drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Plan and organize daily work activities to meet schedules.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings.
