Groundworks, a North America leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead on-site installation crews in Manchester, NH. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring the crew.

The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage time and resources while maintaining customer focus and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leader able to mentor and manage installation crews.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high‐performance local market crew.
• Review job specifications for materials, tools, and equipment.
• Plan on-site work and assign crew duties based on priority and timelines.
• Install products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoot and adapt plans to meet company standards and schedules.
• Provide customers with quality service and ensure proper on-site documentation.
• Supervise the crew and train Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
