Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews across our foundation solutions projects in New Hampshire. You’ll own safety, quality and productivity on job sites while mentoring crew members and coordinating daily operations.

You’ll review specifications, assign duties, monitor progress, and ensure documentation is completed accurately. A strong leader with construction know‑how and a valid driver’s license fits best.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a crew.
• Excellent communication to coordinate tasks and safety.
• Experience leading construction teams or small crews.
• Basic construction knowledge and ability to read job specs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high‑performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment before reporting to site.
• Assesses conditions, plans work, assigns duties to crew, and manages time and tools.
• Installs products and services with support from a national team.
• Innovates and troubleshoots on-site to meet company standards and timelines.
• Provides customers with high-quality service while onsite.
• Ensures all final documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supervises the crew and provides on‑the‑job training to Installers and Co‑Foreman.
