Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Foreman in Clifton Park, NY to lead installation crews from start to finish—owning safety, quality, productivity and team performance on every project. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor and develop your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting our customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess conditions on-site; set plans based on time, tools, and order of work – assign duties to your crew.
• Install products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovate and troubleshoot situations as needed to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensure all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties.
• Supervise the crew and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive the company-provided vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• It is essential to regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
