SUMMIT Sealants and Restoration Services in Denver seeks a Foreman for Structural & Concrete Repair to lead field crews on commercial, multifamily, parking structures, and restoration projects across Colorado. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and evolving field conditions while working hands-on with the team to achieve safe, efficient, high-quality repairs.

The role requires strong leadership, deep concrete repair knowledge, and the ability to read drawings and manage field operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in concrete construction, repair, or restoration with crew leadership experience.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings and repair details.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and OSHA guidelines knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily concrete repair and restoration activities, assign tasks and plan work sequences.
• Oversee demolition, surface prep, reinforcement, forming, placement, and finishing.
• Direct installation of repair systems (epoxy, anchoring, grouting, mortars).
• Read plans and specs to guide field work and verify requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, site access, and logistics.
• Identify field changes and communicate with project management.
• Ensure substrate conditions and curing meet specs and manufacturer requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, address workmanship concerns, and minimize rework.
• Lead daily safety talks and enforce safety policies and tool usage.
