SUMMIT Sealants is seeking a Foreman – Structural & Concrete Repair in Denver to lead field crews on commercial, multifamily, and restoration projects. This hands-on role blends daily coordination, technical oversight, and hands-on installation with a focus on quality and safety at sites across Colorado.

You will read and interpret construction drawings, manage schedules and resources, and mentor crew members while maintaining daily progress reports and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in concrete construction, structural repair, or restoration with demonstrated field leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; maintain safety and quality.
• Willingness to travel to project locations throughout Colorado as needed.
• Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily concrete repair and restoration activities, assign tasks, plan work sequences, and monitor crew productivity.
• Oversee concrete demolition, surface prep, reinforcing steel installation, forming, placement, patching, and finishing.
• Direct installation of repair systems: epoxy injection, anchoring, grouting, mortars.
• Read drawings/specs to guide field work and verify installation requirements.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, site access, and logistics to meet schedules.
• Identify unforeseen field conditions and communicate potential scope changes to management.
• Ensure substrate conditions, repair dimensions, and curing meet specs and standards.
• Coordinate inspections, address workmanship concerns, and reduce rework.
