Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general construction with at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight.
• Basic computer skills and construction math skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements.
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work is completed according to plans.
• Completing daily field reports and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
