Job summary

Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects in the western United States. You will own on-site execution from mobilization through completion, directing crews and maintaining schedule and budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of NEC, ability to read drawings, and proven leadership. The position is union-based with wage determined by the collective bargaining agreement; includes safety and compliance emphasis.

Qualifications

• Experience running commercial electrical projects.
• Journeyman electrician license and OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and drawings and coordinate with project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and run assigned commercial electrical jobs in the field from mobilization through completion.
• Lead, direct, and develop your crew, setting the pace and on-site standards every day.
• Coordinate with the project manager on scheduling, materials, RFIs, and change orders.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and inspection-ready, with safety as a priority.
