Job summary

You will supervise crews, plan daily work, read blueprints, and coordinate with project managers to keep work safe, on schedule, and on budget. This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of NEC codes, the ability to manage manpower and deadlines, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience running commercial electrical jobs as a General Foreman is preferred.
• Previous General Foreman or crew leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
• Order materials and manage job site inventory
• Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
