Job summary

Sturgeon Electric Company is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, schedule coordination, and strict adherence to safety and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial electrical projects as a General Foreman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Order materials and manage job site inventory.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
