Job summary

Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc., a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., seeks an experienced Foreman to lead commercial/industrial electrical crews on western projects. You will mobilize, supervise field crews, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager on schedules, materials, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring code-compliant installations per NEC. Journeyman license and OSHA 10/30 are a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading commercial electrical projects.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and build from plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own and run assigned commercial electrical jobs from mobilization through completion.
• Lead, direct, and develop your crew, setting the pace and standard on site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling, manpower, and materials.
• Initiate and track RFIs; chase down answers to prevent delays.
• Identify and document change orders and price them with PM.
