Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Lead Food Service Supervisor to oversee meal preparation and serving inside a jail/correctional facility. You will lead inmate labor, ensure recipes and safety standards are followed, and manage production in a high-volume environment.

This on-site role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, availability on weekends/holidays, and reporting to a Food Service Director. DailyPay and robust benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be at least 18.
• 1 year or more of experience in a food service role.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare, assist, or instruct inmate labor in the preparation of a variety of food items.
• Handle production and sanitation paperwork to comply with facility procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of all food service equipment and work areas with proper safety practices.
• Follow institution requirements in preparation, oversight, and serving of meals.
• Perform high-volume food production for large groups.
