Aramark in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates in a kitchen, coordinate tasks, and ensure meals are prepared according to production plans.

You will train staff, maintain sanitation per HACCP and safety standards, monitor logs, and support timely meal service in a correctional environment. Background check required; starting wage $19+ per hour with benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of food prep or related work preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with inmates a plus.
• Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members in a correctional setting.
• Must obtain a food safety certification.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to and maintain production guidelines by reviewing logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Participate in preparation and serving of meals.
• Print and distribute recipes across shifts.
• Direct inmates in the use of Aramark recipes and train on cooking procedures.
