Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, direction, and training to food service personnel; assigns job duties and oversees completion of tasks.
• Provides on-site, immediate resolution of customer service needs; directs operation in supervisor's absence.
• Takes custody of a change fund, oversees cash reports, verifies cash outs and deposits, and deposits reconciliations.
