Responsibilities

• Supports supervisor with day-to-day cafeteria, kitchen, and patient meal service operations, maintaining a customer-first focus and clean presentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to food products and safety, monitor holding temperatures.
• Assist with coordinating sick time, vacation time, and scheduling with the manager.
• Identify equipment needing repair and place work orders via the electronic system.
• Perform cash reconciliations and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols.
