Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to lead a dedicated team within our Food Services operation. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate daily activities, oversee staff, ensure food safety, and support catering events as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, training, and maintaining compliance with Aramark policies. Occasional night/weekend catering may be required, contributing to a smooth, customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and understand verbal instructions.
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year.
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain emotional control under stress.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and production packets.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality per policies and department requirements.
• Maintain safe, organized storage and hazard-free environment.
• Oversee inventory and assist with orders as needed.
• Train/mentor staff and promote teamwork.
