Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Food Service Worker with supervisory duties. You will perform routine duties serving food and beverages, assist with dishes, stock inventory, and support light cooking as needed for patient and staff meals.

You will lead pre-service meetings, ensure compliance with Joint Commission and local, state, and federal food safety standards, train staff, and monitor adherence to policies. This per diem position offers multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• FHP License in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
• Responsible for leading team in all pre-service meetings and in daily operations.
• Responsible for daily monitoring of all Joint Commission as well as local, state, and federal food safety standards.
• Responsible for staff training and ensuring staff adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
• Responsible for the monitoring of staff's activities and reporting violations of department and policies to area manager.
