Job summary

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items for cafeteria meals according to menu plans and recipes.
Prepare patient trays on the tray line according to diet specifications and restock as needed.
Deliver food to function rooms and clean up after meetings; record leftovers.
Follow proper pricing procedures and handle transactions accurately within $1.00 of daily totals.
Clean using three-compartment sink procedures and operate dishwashing machine.
Maintain cleanliness of work, serving, and eating areas and restock for next shift.
Report safety or equipment issues to management promptly.
Record temperatures and maintain logs as required.
