Job summary

High’s is seeking a Food Service Leader to manage daily operations, ensure recipe adherence, and maintain quality and sanitation standards. You will help coordinate product orders and support promotions and new programs in a fast-paced retail food environment.

The role requires leadership in training staff, scheduling, and ensuring top customer service, with flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food safety certification required or completed within 2 months of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day food service operations while enforcing recipes and procedures.
• Assist in product ordering, food quality, and sanitation compliance.
• Train employees and maintain sanitation requirements across the team.
• Prepare work schedules and support the store manager for coverage.
• Assist with training and development of all food service staff and promotions.
