Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist with food prep, portioning meals, and serving customers. You will learn on the job under the guidance of a manager and support a fast-paced service line with a positive attitude.

The role involves preparing items, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with team members across concessions, catering, and events. Prior food service experience and Serve Safe certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products.
• Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager.
• Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions.
• Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line.
• Maintain daily temperature logs.
• Take samples of all food items on the line prior to serving customers.
• Alert management to items not meeting quality expectations.
• Complete opening and closing station checklists.
• Greet customers and assess service quality.
• Maintain a clean work station and sanitation of utensils.
• Dispose of waste from the service line.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Support safety observations and report hazards.
• Cross-train in areas as needed.
• Work across concessions, catering, and events as required.
• Perform tasks as requested by management.
• Lead and advise line employees to ensure timely, effective service.
