Riviana Foods Inc. is seeking a RTS Quality Control Supervisor to lead the quality laboratory in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will manage Quality technicians and drive Food Safety Programs, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing COAs, coordinating sample analysis, maintaining instruments, implementing SAP QM data, leading plant self-inspections, and guiding corrective actions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma with related experience; BS degree preferred.
• 5 years of quality control in the food industry with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• HACCP and SQF Practitioner certifications.
• Strong technical and management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and daily operations.
• English reading/writing and communication.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge to improve efficiency.
• SAP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead lab operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Train production operators and technicians for quality compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Quality and other departments.
• Coordinate shipment and analysis of samples and equipment.
• Review COAs to ensure specifications and maintain approval log.
• Develop and maintain documentation for customer requirements (COAs, gluten-free testing).
• Direct technicians to meet daily production goals; manage staff and scheduling.
