Job summary

Riviana Foods Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a RTS Quality Control Supervisor for nights (4:00pm–1:00am) to lead a 24/7 laboratory and manage Quality technicians. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with production and other departments.

You will review COAs, lead problem solving, and drive continuous improvement using SAP/MII. A BS in Food Science or related field is preferred and HACCP/SQF credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level background with experience in food quality control.
• Experience leading QA labs in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the RTS Quality laboratory and supervise Quality technicians.
• Coordinate sample shipment, analysis, and COA reviews.
• Maintain and implement HACCP and SQF practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving across departments.
