Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Sudbury, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team on a 4x10 schedule. You will oversee batch records, enforce quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement under GMP and HACCP programs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting, English proficiency with Vietnamese bilingual ability, and the stamina to lift 15–20 lb. boxes and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years previous production supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety control standards.
• Must be fluent in English and bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage completion of batch production records.
• Supervise production line employees and ensure tasks are executed.
• Lead problem solving using GSTD methodologies and develop corrective actions.
• Coach team on operational standards, SOPs and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and cGMP requirements under HACCP, NSF and SQF.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and escalate issues as needed.
• Train team members and support SOP development and adherence.
