Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Production Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to provide work direction and supervise hourly production staff. You will oversee multiple stages of the production process, ensure orders are fulfilled on time, and drive safety, quality, and efficient production scheduling.

In this role you will coach and develop team members, monitor equipment for downtime, and enforce GMP and company policies.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or equivalent required.
• < Undergraduate degree preferred.
• < Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign work, and direct production employees to meet daily goals.
• Monitor operations activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Promote safe work behaviors and investigate/report injuries to HR as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Supervise production scheduling and ensure raw materials and packaging are ready for next runs.
• Communicate shifts and provide feedback through team meetings and one-on-ones.
