LEFT LANE Hospitality Group, LLC is opening Recess Hotel & Club Savannah and seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the leadership team responsible for daily operations of restaurants, bars, and event spaces. You will help deliver luxury guest experiences and lead a high-performing service crew from the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership.
• Strong service mindset focused on guest experience.
• Confident communicator who leads with clarity and warmth.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong guest service instincts and the confidence to lead from the floor.
• Positive, approachable leadership style with ability to coach others.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day service operations across outlets.
• Lead by example on the floor during service periods.
• Ensure service standards, brand expectations, and safety guidelines are met.
• Support staffing needs, shift coverage, breaks, and schedule adherence.
• Coach and develop team members through real-time feedback and training.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues on the spot.
• Partner with managers on service execution, menu knowledge, and flow.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of service areas.
• Support inventory controls, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling as needed.
