Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to coordinate and supervise F&B staff, ensuring peak performance and exceptional guest experiences. This role reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager and involves managing events, training, and budget adherence.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years in a supervisory role, and certifications like Food Handlers and TIPS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years supervising a team or managers.
• Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service.
• Experience with Excel and basic budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise F&B staff to ensure peak performance.
• Maintain standards of food service and guest satisfaction.
• Interview and hire F&B staff in partnership with management.
• Train and develop banquet staff; assist with bar management during events.
