Job summary

The Expeditor at BlueStar Resort & Golf works closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure dishes meet quality standards and are delivered to guests promptly. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this part-time position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have prior high-volume restaurant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handlers Card; ability to follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate BlueStar's core values to support company goals.
• Maintain standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate team; recognize performance.
• Coordinate between kitchen, servers, and guests for timely delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of food line and work areas.
• Monitor IBS system entries daily and ensure accurate records.
