Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience
• Budgeting and cost control
• Strong communication and leadership
• Ability to read and interpret menus and recipes
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and restaurant systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and inventory for F&B operations
• Develop and execute events, menus, and dining concepts
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Club Manager on strategic F&B initiatives
